There are developed yeast and bacterial flavours that remind one of hot buttered toast a hint of cheese and good Champagne aged on the lees. There is a round satisfying finish. This wine although perfectly dry finishes round and sweet like a fine Chardonnay should and there is good persistence. The wine holds ones interest. Nevertheless please realise that very few white wines go through a full malolactic and the flavour profile is less fruity and more complex.
